Males: Step1. Taking Measurements

3.Waist in inches______

Step 2. Determining Your % of Body fat
1.Multiply hips(inches)_____x1.4=_____minus 2 =_______(A)
2.Multiply waist(inches)____x0.72=_____minus 4 =______(B)
3.Add A plus B =________(C)
4.Multiply height(inches)______x0.61 = _______(D)
5.Subtract D from C,then subtract 10 more: C-D-10 =_______%

Your answer is your approximate body fat %, if you are a male.
