Life Balance Philosophy

BALANCE-is the key in our lives. Whatever it is, whatever we do, think or feel. Balance is by far the hardest to achieve. It starts every day with the sunrise. So many things are thrown at us on a daily basis, that our Stress meter just rises by the day. Balance, is what reduces Stress. That Stress finds a way to hide inside our bodies. Therefore, the body has to be strengthened and kept in good shape daily. People sit a lot.

After a good night sleep, most people sit down for breakfast, then they get into the car and drive to work. Get to the work place and sit down, after a certain amount of work there's the chair for lunch. Then back to work, drive home, sit down for dinner, then the couch for a little tele and afterwards off to bed.

Now, that's a lot of movement and exercise.

The above mentioned day has zero Balance. Let's not even start about what kind of food was consumed that day, another” out of Balance Day”, most likely.

You ask Yourself, where do I start. It's right there, with Yourself.

Stress is not going to go away, period. There's too many issues to deal with every day and some are not so easy, yet others get too much attention and it just adds up by the end of the day and so you neglect Yourself on a daily basis and the Balance is not coming your way.


Balance needs you to work on it.
Yourself = Me = Ego. That is a good start.

  • Stretch (Basic Routine available)
  • Relax your mind(Take a walk-Read a good book)
  • Laugh, have fun(Silly-Ride the Wave)
  • Express yourself(Be Verbal)

Isn't Life beautiful? Imagine, even with all the problems you have, getting up at six in the morning. It is so beautiful, you are alive, you breathe, you open your eyes for the first time. The Sun smiles at you. And if there is no Sun; well, the Day smiles at you. You open the window and take a deep breath. You are alive, just you, nothing else matters that moment, that is the most beautiful feeling in the world. Your Day is Chaos, Day in and Day out. But you probably forget sometimes the Basics of Life; as how beautiful Life really is.
Put all the existing problems in the back of your head for a moment and just think about Yourself=Me.

Do you truly Love Yourself? But what is really loving One self? Well, if you do not love Yourself, you will never find out what you really are all about. But first you got to find out what you are all about to be able to Love Yourself, and then you can truly find out what you really are all about.

First of all, to really find out what you are all about, you have to start to be honest to Yourself. Only if you want to be. You might want to try it, and if it does not suit you, well, then just drop it. But if you do drop it, you probably miss out on something Great.
So, if you try to drop your fear of Yourself and start telling Yourself, what you really think you are all about.

Well, in the beginning you might be even more afraid of it, because you are going to realize things about Yourself you have never thought of. Because those honest thoughts were hidden behind a wall, a wall built of fear. The fear of Yourself. Just think about it for a moment….and then try to kick the wall down. Either brick by brick, or just push the whole damn wall down. Now, the wall is down, and your horizon opens up. It's endless and you are going towards the unknown. So, be honest. Are you doing the things you want to do? Are you saying the things you want to say? Are you blaming others for the way you live and do?

This “Thing”, to find inside you, might come easy, but then it might not. Now, do not give up, because the longer it takes you the more interesting it gets. If it comes easy, you just reach your horizon faster, but then there is always another one and another one. Endless. And this way it gets more interesting as well.

You want to change certain aspects of your Life, you must dig deep and you will find that Balance
